Cora Stone is a digital artisan working for Ideonic, based in Middlesbrough. She studied BA computer games design at Teesside University (2001-2005). After graduation she completed a fellowship at Digital City which lead to employment at Ideonic.

She is responsible for producing 2D and 3D art for the projects. Mainly using Flash, Photoshop and 3Ds Max. Her job role also includes meeting different clients and coming up with ideas for different projects. She also visits different schools in North East to do short presentations with her colleges and workshop with pupils, which is something she finds enjoyable and challenging.

During her spare time Cora enjoys reading books and socialising with friends. When the weather is nice, she is always out and about at the country side in North East, visiting little hidden villages for a nice pub meal!

We will be running four workshops across the UK, to offer you guidance from some of the industry's leading names who will give tips and advice on how to get your idea across in your video and also how maximize its impact once its online...

The purpose of these mini-labs is 

-Provide potential competitors with information about the competition, its scope and how to enter

-Stimulate debate about the impact of digital technology on society, politics, the economy, education, culture

-Inspire participants to generate ideas for subjects and topics to cover

-Give practical tips and advice on making, digitising and posting their films
