Cora Stone is a digital artisan working for Ideonic, based in Middlesbrough. She studied BA computer games design at Teesside University (2001-2005). After graduation she completed a fellowship at Digital City which lead to employment at Ideonic.

She is responsible for producing 2D and 3D art for the projects. Mainly using Flash, Photoshop and 3Ds Max. Her job role also includes meeting different clients and coming up with ideas for different projects. She also visits different schools in North East to do short presentations with her colleges and workshop with pupils, which is something she finds enjoyable and challenging.

During her spare time Cora enjoys reading books and socialising with friends. When the weather is nice, she is always out and about at the country side in North East, visiting little hidden villages for a nice pub meal!

Commissioning the Future

Commissioning The Future is the new European training initiative for commissioning editors and funders, developed by Crossover (UK) in partnership with Documentary Campus (Germany) and Sheffield Doc/Fest (UK).

We strongly believe that it is vital to train the decision-makers in order for the convergent marketplace to really thrive. Therefore we have developed this new European training course offering three five-day long creative and commercial innovation labs, focused on commissioning for the emerging convergent digital media ecology.
